When
your engine is dead cold, the morning before you start the engine is
the best time for this, remove your radiator cap and look at the
color of the fluid. Most cars I look at it is green with a
little bit of brownish deposits. If you swirl around your
finger in the fluid those deposits will make the green fluid turn
brown until they settle down. Well guess what, your cooling
system is already in a state of degradation but don't get worried
because you can do something about it. You need to get your
cooling system flushed or at least drain and refill it
yourself. The recommended service interval for your cooling is
once a year. It is cheap preventative maintenance.

thanks for your time, Jon
